A ConcertLecture about the magic of music and the poetry of signlanguage – the oldest langage of mankind.

A story about memory and identity, flight and freedom, loss and resistance.

About a life, that is too crazy for fiction:

the life of my big brother Alexander – the wolrd's only deaf bank robber, multiple republic refugee, petty criminal and megalomaniac leader of a revolt

He died after his prisoner's free purchase by the FRG at a crossing in Berlin-Neukölln.

The world remained the same. Only his story had changed.

born deaf

never remained mute

silence as language

music as resistance
